The Lancaster Town Library was a memorial built for Lancaster residents who died during the Civil War. Everyone knows the building. Many know little of the people who served and the battles they fought.

Thayer Memorial Library Director, Joe Mulé, will discuss Lancaster's involvement in the Civil War, focusing on the Battle of Ball's Bluff, Virginia.
